Sexton Commercial Brokerage had its germination in the fertile soil of Riverside’s housing market beginning in 1964, the year Dale Sexton Sr. at the age of 23 became a real estate salesperson.
At the time, he was not only the youngest member of the Riverside Board of Realtors, but also one of its “Top Ten Producers”.
With five years experience, Dale founded Sexton Real Estate and by the mid 1970’s Sexton Real Estate was one of the top producing real estate firms in Riverside County, California. In the 70’s Sexton Companies shifted their focus to multi-family, residential and land sales (to investors and developers) as well as home building and property management. Sexton has recently added a small business opportunity specialist to our staff of professional agents.
The company’s major assets today are “knowledge” and “experience”, with thousands of previous customers in their database whose identities comprise almost every builder, large and small, who ever built in the area, as well as many investors both domestic and foreign, farmers, both citrus and vegetable, etc. But of more importance are the satisfied clients who respectfully return to us for repeat business.
