I have been active in the Commercial Real Estate field for over 30 years; working with one of Riverside’s most active firms, Sexton Commercial Brokerage. I started my career with this company because of their longevity in the field (starting in 1969) and their commitment to their clients and I have remained for the same reason.
I specialize in selling retail businesses; in particular restaurants, including sandwich/hamburger/deli shops and all Ethnic Cuisine and American Dining establishments. I also sell liquor stores, convenience stores and gas stations. I have sold hundreds of businesses during my career all over Southern California.
